Summary

Your role:

  1. Manage end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features, and iterations.
  2. Own the strategy and optimization of customer journeys across the entire client lifecycle to increase engagement, retention, and long-term value.
  3. Use behavioural data to form hypotheses, run experiments, and prioritize improvements that directly influence core growth and CLTV metrics.
  4. Shape product positioning within the customer lifecycle, ensuring it reflects user insight, competitive context, and commercial goals.
  5. Analyze and segment customers to identify value opportunities and tailor lifecycle interventions for different cohorts.
  6. Partner closely with internal teams, including product, analytics, design, marketing, and BI, to influence roadmaps and embed lifecycle strategy across the organization.
  7. Identify behavioural drop-offs and develop targeted interventions that guide users toward higher-value actions.
  8. Collaborate with data teams to build dashboards, define success metrics, and monitor lifecycle performance.
  9. Define triggers, audiences, and intended business outcomes for lifecycle communications within the overarching communication architecture.
  10. Contribute to a culture of rapid experimentation, learning, and continuous optimization across teams.

  1. Proven experience in product marketing or a senior marketing role where you have shaped strategy and driven measurable impact.
  2. Strong command of product marketing principles and the ability to apply them across the full customer lifecycle.
  3. High fluency in data analysis, including forming insights, defining metrics, and making evidence-based decisions.
  4. Track record of setting ambitious KPIs and delivering against them with discipline and focus.
  5. Ability to excel in a fast-moving environment, comfortably navigating shifting priorities and ambiguity.
  6. Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a strong sense of responsibility for your work.
  7. Demonstrated ownership end-to-end, taking initiatives from concept through execution and optimisation.
  8. Prior experience in the blockchain industry.
