Required skills

• Analytical and strategic thinking with a solutions-oriented approach to solving problems
• Worked at a tech company that has scaled from 100 to 300+ in a C/VP level position.
• At least 5+ years experience in leadership of engineering teams.
• Proficiency writing production code (C++, Node/JS, Rust, or Typescript)
• Familiarity with zK-Proofs, rollups, L2/L3s, account abstraction, MPC, data sampling
• Understanding of various decentralized blockchains (Cosmos, Near, Sui/Aptos,Starkware, Aztec) including the differences between each

Responsibilities

• Work with our advisors and management to effectively communicate trade-offs andconstraints around hardware/software integration
• Manage world-class distributed/remote engineering teams.
• Manage an engineering team across both hardware and software in the later stages ofdevelopment
• Set and manage software development processes, from setting team cadences toreporting, to ensuring high quality and velocity.
• Ensure that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs
