Required skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a solutions-oriented approach to solving problems
- Worked at a tech company that has scaled from 100 to 300+ in a C/VP level position.
- At least 5+ years experience in leadership of engineering teams.
- Proficiency writing production code (C++, Node/JS, Rust, or Typescript)
- Familiarity with zK-Proofs, rollups, L2/L3s, account abstraction, MPC, data sampling
- Understanding of various decentralized blockchains (Cosmos, Near, Sui/Aptos,Starkware, Aztec) including the differences between each
Responsibilities
- Work with our advisors and management to effectively communicate trade-offs andconstraints around hardware/software integration
- Manage world-class distributed/remote engineering teams.
- Manage an engineering team across both hardware and software in the later stages ofdevelopment
- Set and manage software development processes, from setting team cadences toreporting, to ensuring high quality and velocity.
- Ensure that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs
