2. Influencer Engagement: Cultivate relationships with Chinese-speaking key opinion leaders, influencers, and thought leaders within the crypto and blockchain communities. Your goal will be to build a network of advocates that can amplify our brand and drive adoption of our platform.
3. Market Intelligence and Regulation Insight: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and local crypto regulations in Chinese-speaking region. Use this insight to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure aligned and cohesive strategies that support our business objectives and comply with Chinese-speaking regulations.
5. Brand Ambassador: Represent our exchange at industry events, conferences, and in various media within Chinese-speaking. Your ability to articulate our value proposition and vision, in both English and Mandarin, will be critical in establishing us as a leader in space.

Qualifications

1. Possesses a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, particularly in the context of derivatives trading, with a focus on the Chinese-speaking market.
2. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
3. Demonstrates a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and engaging with influencers or key opinion leaders, preferably within the cryptocurrency sector.
