What You Will Do

Financial & Business Analysis

1. Conduct deep-dive analysis of business performance, revenue drivers, cost structures, and unit economics to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.
2. Evaluate product funnels, pricing, promotions, and customer cohorts to understand their financial impact.
3. Build financial models to forecast revenues, margins, and other key business metrics.

Data-Driven Decision Support

1. Leverage data to influence business and product decisions, ensuring alignment with key financial objectives.
2. Interpret analysis outcomes to identify trends, risks, and business issues, and translate these into actionable recommendations.
3. Partner with Product, Growth, Category, Marketing, and Ops teams to align business goals and drive P&L impact.

Budgeting & Forecasting

1. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles including budgeting, long-term planning, and scenario modeling.
2. Track performance against plan and highlight variances with actionable insights.

Market & Competitor Analysis

1. Stay updated with industry benchmarks, competitive landscape, and macro trends to support strategy formulation.
2. Provide timely insights that influence pricing, assortment, customer strategy, and business planning.

Reporting & Insights

1. Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for financial and business KPIs.
2. Present insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and structured manner.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Liaise with product, category, marketing, and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure strong financial governance.
2. Translate business needs into analytical requirements and deliver impactful outcomes.

What You Should Have

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics).
2. 2–4 years of experience in data/analytics role
3. Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modelling; familiarity with Python is a plus.
4. Experience in working with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, or similar tools).
