Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our global team and support our expansion of retail users in key markets. You will work alongside teams distributed across multiple time zones, managing 2C, 2B, and broker relationships, while collaborating with Product and Ecosystem to ensure user needs are reflected in the platform's evolution.

What you’ll be working on:

  1. Boost retail user growth through partnerships with KOLs, affiliate networks, trading communities, influencers, and regional partners.
  2. Design and scale collaboration models such as rebate programs, affiliate incentives, copy trading, strategy hosting, and trader API activation.
  3. Identify high-potential retail markets and manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and ongoing partner management.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing and Product to support local campaigns, community initiatives, promotions and launches geared towards the retail segment.
  5. Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor actions to improve acquisition strategies and optimize conversion funnels.
  6. Develop and maintain playbooks to standardize and scale retail growth across different regions.
