Business Development - Senior  who will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with KOLs, Affiliates, and industry partners to promote our crypto exchange platform

Duties/Responsibilities

KOL Relationship ManagementIdentify and engage with prominent KOLs in the crypto industry.Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to promote our brand and services.Collaborate with KOLs & internal marketing team to create content and marketing campaigns toincrease our visibility.Affiliate Program ManagementPlan, implement, and manage an effective affiliate marketing program strategy.Partnership DevelopmentManage and nurture existing partnerships to ensure mutual success.Identify potential partnerships with other businesses in the crypto and blockchain industry.

Required Skills /Education and Experience

2-4 years of relevant experience in Crypto BD and total 7-8 years of experience in a related position.Proven experience in business development within crypto exchange.Must have strong network and relationships with KOLs and affiliates in the crypto space.Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology, as well as Crypto Derivatives trading.

The role is full time contract, remote and may require travel.
