1. KOL Engagement and Affiliate Marketing

Develop and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers within the crypto industry to enhance brand credibility and market visibility.Design and execute targeted affiliate marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and trading activity , collaborating closely with influencers and partners.

2. Volume Growth and Result Orientation

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies focused on significantly increasing trading volume within the specified region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Drive initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets through innovative marketing campaigns and market insights.

3. Regional Team Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing local Business Development team, setting clear goals and KPIs to drive achievement and exceed performance metrics.Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the regional team, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values.

4. Brand Building and Marketing Management

Lead the local Business Development team in building and enhancing the brand presence within the region through both offline and online marketing efforts.Manage marketing strategies and campaigns, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels to increase brand visibility and market share.

5. Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and drive business growth.

6. Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for market expansion and product enhancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record in building and managing relationships with KOLs and influencers within the crypto or fintech space.Expertise in designing and executing successful affiliate marketing campaigns, driving measurable results within the cryptocurrency industry.Strong understanding of crypto trading dynamics, market trends, and user behaviors with a focus on increasing trading volume.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and market research.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders, partners, and the crypto community.Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious performance targets.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; additional qualifications in blockchain or crypto are advantageous.
