Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop our retail segment and expand our presence in key markets.

You will be part of a global BD team operating across multiple time zones, interacting with 2C and 2B clients and brokers, as well as collaborating with the product team to ensure user needs are reflected in platform development.

What you'll be working on:

1. Expand your retail user base through partnerships with KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, influencers, and regional partners.
2. Develop and scale collaboration models: rebate programs, affiliate schemes, copy trading, strategy placement, and API trader activation.
3. Identify promising retail markets and manage the full cycle of work: partner search, negotiations, connection, activation, and subsequent support.
4. Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams on local campaigns, community activities, promotions, and new feature launches.
5. Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor actions to optimize acquisition strategies and increase conversion.
6. Create and support playbooks to scale retail growth across multiple regions.

About you:

1. Experience in developing a business on a crypto exchange, trading platform, broker, wallet, or Web3 project, preferably in the retail segment.
2. Understanding retail trader behavior and the factors that influence activation, retention, and trading activity.
3. Practical experience in managing a full partnership cycle from scratch.
4. Excellent knowledge of the crypto ecosystem: KOLs, affiliate programs, communities, API traders, influencers, etc.
5. Fluent English (required); knowledge of other languages ​​is an asset.
6. Crypto-native thinking and understanding of key industry trends.
