Summary

This role involves joining the Partnerships/Business Development team to establish new partnerships for the Boost Protocol. The objective is to facilitate expansion into key networks / platforms supported by the Protocol, enhancing the distribution of rewards and user engagement within these ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage partnerships with projects in target ecosystems of the Boost Protocol
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align with devrel, product, data science and marketing
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities
• Ensure effective communication with partners and internal teams to maintain alignment and achieve goals

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in business development, with a minimum of 1 year in the crypto industry.
• Strong understanding of crypto, specifically key verticals such as wallets, DeFi, web3 social, and gaming
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote team environment and in customer-facing roles

Nice-to-have:
