Summary

Bitpanda is on the lookout for an Operational Excellence Business Analyst to drive, design and deliver meaningful and impactful change across the company. In this role, you will analyse business processes and design solutions that lead to higher automation levels and efficient processes. Your expertise in lean analyses, Visual Stream Mapping, and BPMN 2.0 will be key to delivering high impact solutions that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

What you’ll do

1. Understand current state processes and the issues that need to be addressed and design future state versions of processes/systems with functional requirements for implementation by a development team.
2. Create user stories and support the development team during the development cycle.
3. Create and update documentation relating to processes and system design.
4. Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
5. Drive stakeholder engagement, clearly guiding them in the change management process.

Who you are

1. Experienced Business Analyst with knowledge of VSM, SIPOC and BPMN 2.0.
2. Technically proficient, with knowledge of low-code automation tools, APIs, and software development methodologies.
3. Skilled with Standard Technical Development Tools like Jira and Confluence.  
4. Excellent communicator, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive project success.
