Summary

What you'll do

  1. Conduct targeted analysis of internal and external data to help business leaders gain clear insights into the business, market, and competitors, providing business decision support for business leaders and management teams.
  2. Develop and iterate on business operations monitoring frameworks; conduct regular business reviews to accurately and promptly identify key business issues and perform root cause analysis, providing strategic recommendations for operational improvement.
  3. Deeply participate in key ongoing business projects, conducting in-depth analysis on specific issues and opportunities through dedicated initiatives, and drive collaboration with business departments to formulate actionable and implementable solutions.
  4. Analyze and validate business opportunities, quantifying their potential impact and value; follow up on the execution of business strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.

What you'll need

  1. Over 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of common business analysis methodologies.
  2. Excellent logical thinking skills, adept at research and analysis, with the ability to systematically think through and analyze problems, coupled with strong report presentation abilities.
  3. Proficient in systematic thinking from a holistic/big-picture perspective, capable of analyzing and understanding the business as a whole. Experience in providing end-to-end (closed-loop) support for individual business units is preferred.
  4. Possess strong communication, learning, and teamwork skills, demonstrating a strategic mindset and the ability to influence.
  5. Bachelor's degree or above; a major in Statistics, Business Management, or related fields is preferred.
  6. Fluent in English with proficient communication skills.
