Summary

What you’ll do

1. Work hand-in-hand with on-chain teams to turn messy blockchain data into clear insights that drive decisions.
2. Take the lead on analytics for campaigns like airdrops and staking programs — from tracking who’s eligible, to calculating rewards, to measuring how well things performed.
3. Build dashboards and visualizations (think Dune, Tableau, etc.) that keep tabs on the important stuff: TVL, wallet activity, gas usage, and more.
4. Thrive in a fast-moving space where shipping fast matters.

What we’re looking for

1. A degree in a quantitative/technical field (Math, Stats, Comp Sci, Engineering, etc.).
2. 3–5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or something similar.
3. Someone who’s curious, self-driven, and comfortable picking up new tools, languages, or models on the fly.
4. Solid experience with Dune Analytics (SQL + dashboarding) plus at least one other platform like Nansen or DefiLlama.
5. Strong understanding of how blockchains actually work — especially EVM-based chains like Ethereum, Polygon, or BNB Chain — from consensus to transactions to smart contracts.
6. Nice-to-haves:
7. Ability to decode raw transaction data (Ethereum tx fields, etc.).
8. Programming skills in Python or similar.
