Summary

What You Will Do:

1. Provide legal and regulatory guidance to the product, business, and compliance team in building various crypto / virtual assets-related business offerings.
2. Negotiate business and technical contracts with Indian and international partners.
3. Support litigation and enforcement teams in responding to regulatory
4. actions.

What You Need to Possess:

1. Highly motivated, entrepreneurial and between 12 to 15 years of post-qualification experience as an attorney predominantly in regulated fintech/investment securities industries. Experience in the crypto business will be an advantage.
2. A mix of law firm and in-house experience is preferred. Must have strong business and technical acumen.
3. Shall be able to demonstrate the following soft and organizational skills:

10. e. Outstanding written and oral communication skills and ability to work both in teams and independently.
11. This is an independent contributor role to start with but with close working relationship with India and international external counsels.
