Job Description
Summary
● 3D animation production and production design for in-game characters
● Motion design and expression that matches each character's personality and worldview
● Quality control of hand-drawn animation
● Implementation, adjustment and optimization of animation using Unity
● Take the initiative to discover, propose, and solve issues both within and outside the team
Application conditions
- Experience in 3D motion production for games, videos, etc. (Recommended: 5 years or more)
● Experience using any DCC tool such as Maya, Blender, or MotionBuilder
● Experience implementing animation in Unity (Animator, Timeline, Rigging, etc.)
* People who can devise animation expressions that match the character's personality and the director's intentions
● Basic communication skills required for team production (Japanese)

Welcome Skills
● Experience adjusting and cleaning motion capture data
● Experience using physics calculations and procedural animation in Unity
● Basic knowledge about rigging
