3. Turn business problems into clear AI use cases.
4. Build & Prototype AI Solutions
5. Design and iterate on practical AI tools such as copilots, agents, and automated workflows using modern GenAI techniques. Write clean, reliable code in Python and Golang to support these solutions.
6. Scale to Production
7. Partner with engineering and data teams to turn prototypes into secure, scalable, production-ready systems.
8. Serve as an Internal AI Advisor
9. Guide teams on AI capabilities, responsible use, and best practices. Mentor others on design, coding standards, and effective AI tools.
10. Drive Adoption
11. Pilot new solutions with teams, gather feedback, iterate quickly, and support rollout to ensure real business impact.
12. Ensure Responsible AI
13. Work with Security, Legal, and Compliance to meet privacy, security, and ethical standards.

What skills do you bring?

1. Experience
2. 4+ years in software engineering or a technical/analytical role
3. 1+ year working with applied AI, generative AI, or automation
4. AI & Automation Skills
5. Strong understanding of LLMs and common patterns (e.g., retrieval, agents)
6. Hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Gemini, Claude, LangChain, Python)
7. Ability to quickly prototype working solutions
8. Software Engineering Strength
9. Experience building and scaling production systems
10. Strong system design, coding, and debugging skills
11. Business Mindset
12. Ability to understand business processes and turn them into technical solutions
