Summary
The WOO X Business Development team is seeking a passionate
Affiliate Business Development Manager
to lead our expansion into the APAC and Korean markets . This position will play a key role in scaling our user base and transaction volume through strategic affiliate partnerships. WOO X's robust compliance environment, which adheres to the highest standards of global regulations, including the Travel Rule, will be a powerful tool in attracting partners. We are looking for a talented individual who can work in a multinational environment and leverage our strong network in the Korean market.
What You Will Do
- Partner Development and Onboarding: Discover, negotiate, and onboard new affiliates, brokers, and partners within the crypto ecosystem.
- Partnership Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing affiliates, increase satisfaction, and continuously optimize performance.
- Strategy Development: We design and implement customized rebate and commission strategies to attract top-tier partners.
- Collaboration Lead: Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide partners with the resources and tools they need to succeed.
What You Bring
- Experience: Practical experience developing a crypto exchange rebate program or affiliate business.
- Core Skills: Excellent negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Network: Preference will be given to those with Korean crypto affiliate and KOL networks, or existing client resources.
- Language: Native Korean speaker (required) and able to use business English or Chinese for internal communication.
- Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to a fast-paced, flexible global work environment.
