● In-game character animation production and direction

● Motion design that emphasizes the individuality and performance of each character

● Quality control of hand-drawn animation and creation of style guide

● Animation implementation and adjustment in Unity

● Collaborate with other departments (rigging, programming, design) to optimize motion and build pipelines

● Actively discover problems and propose and implement solutions

Application conditions

● 5+ years of experience in 3D motion production (experience in the game industry preferred)

● Work experience as a motion lead or senior animator

● People who are good at animation that considers the individuality and direction of each character

● Experience using Maya, Blender, MotionBuilder, etc.

● Experience implementing animation in Unity (State Machine, Timeline, Animation Rigging, etc.)

● People who can take initiative and contribute to solving team problems

● Loyalty to the project and leadership skills to lead the team

● People who understand the project's vision and have the willingness to contribute with loyalty

● Ability to communicate in Japanese
