With over 4 years of industry experience — including at Coinbase (on-site) and Transak (remote) — I’ve supported thousands of users across high-growth Web3 platforms. My expertise spans across token authenticity, DEX screens, smart contracts, liquidity issues, NFT troubleshooting, futures/perpetuals, and supporting high-net-worth clients. At Coinbase, I was part of a specialized team for complex crypto queries, and was also promoted (unofficially) to Trainer, mentoring over 10 new hires.

At Transak, I currently handle onboarding and escalations for global users, working closely with compliance, liquidity, and wallet support teams. I’m highly experienced with tools such as Zendesk, Metamask, Chainalysis, Etherscan, DEXTools, and OpenSea, and fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
