Within three months, I was promoted to manager. Five months later, when the owner decided to retire, I saw an opportunity and purchased the business myself. Since then, I’ve expanded operations to eight locations globally, built a lean and effective team of fifteen, and generated annual sales exceeding $650,000. I have since sold the company, allowing me to seek out my next opportunity to contribute, learn, and grow — this time as part of a larger team.
