Summary

As VP of Marketing, you will define how EigenCloud is understood by frontier builders across crypto, AI and web2 as well as capital allocators and operators looking to secure this new class of apps and agents. You’ll oversee the full marketing function — spanning brand, product marketing, content, communications, community, and partner marketing — translating Eigen Labs technical innovations into clear, emotionally resonant storytelling and developing strategies to drive awareness and usage of our growing product suite.

Your mission:

  1. Position EigenCloud as the foundation for verifiable AI and trusted applications.
  2. Solidify EigenLayer as the institutional standard for ETH restaking and verifiable services.
  3. Drive a cohesive narrative that connects our products into a broader vision: a programmable, verifiable cloud that accelerates human and agent coordination at global scale.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer, executive leadership and cross-functional GMs to define a cohesive multi-product strategy that bridges web3, cloud, and AI. Your mission: make Eigen Labs’ products synonymous with verifiable computing, programmable trust and a new, more trustworthy internet.

You will own:

  1. Brand and Marketing Leadership: Define and evolve the Eigen Labs brand architecture and narrative, ensuring clarity and cohesion across EigenLayer, EigenCloud, and the EIGEN token. Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning brand, product marketing, content, PR/comms and community.
  2. Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution: Drive integrated GTM strategies across our products, aligning tactics to grow adoption by developers and yield for stakers and operators and awareness amongst enterprises looking to compete on trust.
  3. Narrative Development and Category Leadership: Craft compelling, technically grounded stories with our customers and partners that position Eigen Labs as the leader in verifiable computing — from Ethereum restaking to cloud-scale AI trust. Translate complex ideas into accessible, inspiring narratives for developers, partners, and the public.
  4. Full-Funnel Marketing and Growth: Lead multi-channel programs that connect brand awareness to adoption, from community and content to performance and partnerships. Use data and ecosystem metrics to guide strategy and continuously optimize.
  5. Team Building and Mentorship: Grow and empower a world-class marketing organization. Foster collaboration across technical and creative disciplines, enabling the team to move fast, experiment, and scale impact.

What You’ll Do

  1. Define and execute the long-term marketing strategy for Eigen Labs in partnership with the Chief Growth Officer and executive team.
  2. Lead cross-functional campaigns across EigenLayer and EigenCloud, ensuring brand and message alignment.
  3. Collaborate with Product, BD, and DevRel to drive launches, developer engagement, and ecosystem growth.
  4. Establish scalable systems and processes for campaign planning, measurement, and execution.
  5. Represent marketing priorities at the leadership level and contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives.
  6. Continuously refine positioning and creative execution through market insight and experimentation.

What You’ll Bring

  1. 12+ years in marketing, with experience leading integrated teams.
  2. Proven success scaling brand, product, and ecosystem marketing across multiple products.
  3. Fluency and experience marketing two of the following: cryptonative protocols/DeFi (especially in Ethereum ecosystem), AI tooling or agentic applications, or cloud infrastructure/developer platforms.
  4. Strong storytelling chops; you make complex tech feel intuitive and exciting.
  5. Experience running multi-channel programs and managing agencies, budgets, and creative systems.
  6. Analytical, strategic, and hands-on, with a bias for impact.
  7. Track record of partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders to align marketing and business goals.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Nice to Have

  1. Experience marketing developer or infrastructure platforms across multiple products or business lines.
  2. Background in both crypto and AI, or in bridging traditional tech with decentralized systems.
  3. Track record of launching or rebranding products in rapidly scaling organizations.
  4. Comfort representing the company externally at events, in media, or with partners.
  5. Passion for building technology that makes the digital world more transparent, secure, and verifiable.
