Summary
Business Content
● Establish a VFX style for new titles and build and operate the production process
● Work with art directors and concept artists to lead the creation of high quality simulations, textures and materials.
● Task management, schedule coordination, training, and documentation for internal and external VFX teams
● Collaborate with engineers and technical artists to build and improve the VFX production pipeline.
● Support for troubleshooting using tools and in-game
Application conditions
● Work experience in VFX production and as a team leader (approximately 5-7 years)
● Deep understanding of timing, motion, and volume preservation
● Proficiency in asset creation using industry-standard DCC tools (Maya, Houdini, Photoshop, etc.)
● Experience working with modern game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity, or proprietary engines)
● Solid understanding of performance budgets and technical constraints for optimized content production.
● Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage teams in a remote environment.

● Wide-ranging interest in real-time rendering technology and asset creation tools in general
