Summary
The Senior Analyst should have a strong strategic mindset, a creative approach to story-telling with data, and a proven track record collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business decisions. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail, open to challenge the status quo and drive outcomes in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
In this role, you’ll:
- Collaborate with go-to-market leadership to drive high-impact growth and efficiency initiatives
- Manage and optimize regional P&Ls, building and leveraging financial models and forecasts focused on productivity, efficiency and ROI
- Partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on business reviews, planning cycles, and territory design
- Own internal and external sales performance reporting, surfacing key drivers and actionable insights to drive accountability and performance
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, applying a strategic finance lens to both short- and long-term planning
- Identify and solve complex business problems through data-driven analysis and storytelling
- Connect regional go-to-market trends to global strategy, with awareness of product and R&D context
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Proven success in strategic or analytical roles, including Finance, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Investment Banking, Consulting, or other analytical/operational role.
- Significant experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL
- Experience with data analysis or financial modeling
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proven track record in structuring complex issues, navigating intricate data sets, developing solutions, and producing high-quality executive presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytical, or related field
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- A motivated individual who challenges the status quo and consistently seeks innovation.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience partnering with SaaS / Sales teams
- Strong communication skills, including proficient engagement with senior leadership.
- Proven ability to forge strong partnerships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing economics, including pipeline metrics, CAC, LTV, churn, quota setting, and productivity analysis
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Anaplan or similar)
