● Creating in-game character models based on concept art and designs

● Direction, mass production outsourcing management, quality control, schedule management

● Character implementation and look adjustment in Unity

● Work with other departments (animation, programming, design) to create modeling and workflows that take into account the specifications of animation rigs and game engines.

Required Skills

● Work experience in 3D character modeling in the game industry (5+ years)

 - Experience in developing at least one game from scratch in the game industry 

● Experience as a lead character modeler or senior character modeler

● Proficiency in DCC tools such as Maya and Blender

● People who understand the PBR workflow

● Experience creating NPR (Non-Photorealistic Rendering) character models

● Texturing using Substance Painter / Photoshop

● Experience implementing games using Unity or other game engines

● Experience in task management for internal and external vendors, and directing production quality control

● Experience using version control tools such as Git

 Welcome Skills

● Knowledge of shaders and lighting

● Skills that can handle both realistic and stylized work

● Experience creating character facial rigs and blend shapes

● Sculpting skills using ZBrush

● Involvement in workflow optimization and technology development

● Basic knowledge of rigging

● Japanese & English bilingual skills
