Summary
- Analyze and report the trends in the market and the company’s strategies to identify opportunities to cash in on.
- Support the creation and presentation of new ideas to add value to our products to increase sales and company revenue.
- Perform and present competitor analysis to identify areas where our company can surpass the industry’s competitors and forge ahead to gain increased market share.
- Identify and evaluate new customers.
- Work to improve the customer feedback channels and communication to ensure a constant flow of reviews from them.
- Identify and report lucrative market business opportunities to capitalize on and increase the market share.
- Support the search for new suitable business partners to increase the brand’s networking capabilities and customer reach.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in IT industry
- Proven ability to design and implement successful lead generation and prospecting strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and promoting ideas effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and maintain relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights and optimize processes.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to improve team efficiency.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and ambition to drive results.
- Fluent English, with confidence in direct communication with customers and internal teams.
