Summary

  1. Analyze and report the trends in the market and the company’s strategies to identify opportunities to cash in on.
  2. Support the creation and presentation of new ideas to add value to our products to increase sales and company revenue.
  3. Perform and present competitor analysis to identify areas where our company can surpass the industry’s competitors and forge ahead to gain increased market share.
  4. Identify and evaluate new customers.
  5. Work to improve the customer feedback channels and communication to ensure a constant flow of reviews from them.
  6. Identify and report lucrative market business opportunities to capitalize on and increase the market share.
  7. Support the search for new suitable business partners to increase the brand’s networking capabilities and customer reach.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in IT industry
  2. Proven ability to design and implement successful lead generation and prospecting strategies.
  3. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and promoting ideas effectively.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and maintain relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
  6. Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights and optimize processes.
  7. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  8. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to improve team efficiency.
  9. Self-motivated with a growth mindset and ambition to drive results.
  10. Fluent English, with confidence in direct communication with customers and internal teams.
