Summary

We are looking for a Risk Strategy to join us on this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Liquidity team, which is committed to enhancing orderbook liquidity and treasury efficiency, effectively managing market and credit risks in alignment with the firm's core values and risk tolerances. The team develops scalable frameworks and infrastructures that facilitate accurate monitoring, quantification, and management of various liquidity scenarios and risks.

What you’ll be working on:

1. Conducting comprehensive risk assessments across business processes to identify emerging risks and support targeted mitigation strategies.
2. Participating in end-to-end risk management activities, including risk identification, strategy development, quantitative modelling, monitoring, and execution support.
3. Supporting the development and optimisation of intelligent risk-control systems and enhancing the company’s risk database across business, trading, and investment areas.
4. Building and maintaining risk-monitoring frameworks tailored to various operational scenarios, analysing anomalies, and proposing actionable solutions.
5. Assisting in evaluating internal controls, assessing process efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness, and supporting continuous improvement.
6. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business development priorities and risk-control mechanisms.

About you:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mathematics, statistics, computer science, finance, or related fields.
2. 2+ years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or related areas; experience in crypto exchanges or digital-asset industries is preferred.
3. Background in anti-fraud systems, user behaviour analytics, or risk-data warehousing is a strong advantage.
4. Strong analytical skills with high data sensitivity; capable of independent data mining and analysis.
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities; able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong attention to detail, ownership, and principled thinking.
7. Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with machine-learning libraries is a plus.
8. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
