Summary
You will 🚀
- Serve as the technical advisor for our institutional clients during sales and onboarding
- Conduct technical discovery and design tailored solutions using our staking APIs, SDKs, and platform tools
- Deliver live product demos, technical workshops, and architectural consultations
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to support complex integration flows
- Maintain technical documentation, integration playbooks, and POCs to accelerate time-to-market
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights
- Build trust and long-term relationships with key stakeholders (Product Managers, Technical Leaders, CTO)
You have 🤓
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar technical client-facing role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid experience with APIs, Postman, SDKs, and scripting in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience preparing and delivering architecture diagrams, implementation proposals, and live demos
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to take ownership of complex projects
Nice to have
- Blockchain, staking, or Web3 experience
- Familiarity with yield products, wallet integrations, or RWA concepts
- Experience with institutional custody flows and HSM integrations
- Exposure to staking protocols such as Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos
- Experience working in a regulated or security-sensitive environment
