Summary

You will 🚀

  1. Serve as the technical advisor for our institutional clients during sales and onboarding
  2. Conduct technical discovery and design tailored solutions using our staking APIs, SDKs, and platform tools
  3. Deliver live product demos, technical workshops, and architectural consultations
  4. Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to support complex integration flows
  5. Maintain technical documentation, integration playbooks, and POCs to accelerate time-to-market
  6. Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights
  7. Build trust and long-term relationships with key stakeholders (Product Managers, Technical Leaders, CTO)

You have 🤓

  1. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  2. 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar technical client-facing role
  3. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  4. Solid experience with APIs, Postman, SDKs, and scripting in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
  5. Experience preparing and delivering architecture diagrams, implementation proposals, and live demos
  6. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to take ownership of complex projects

Nice to have

  1. Blockchain, staking, or Web3 experience
  2. Familiarity with yield products, wallet integrations, or RWA concepts
  3. Experience with institutional custody flows and HSM integrations
  4. Exposure to staking protocols such as Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos
  5. Experience working in a regulated or security-sensitive environment
