Summary

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us as a Crypto Business Development Regional Directors (globally). This role will focus on strategic planning, regional management, and brand development within the region crypto market. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of the region, strong connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and a proven track record in leading teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to penetrate and expand market presence within the region crypto industry.

Utilize deep understanding of the region's crypto landscape to identify opportunities, establish partnerships, and build strategic alliances with local stakeholders.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, crypto enthusiasts, and industry influencers in the region.

Lead and mentor a team of local Business Development Managers, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to achieve collective and individual goals.

Drive brand awareness and market positioning through the execution of online and offline events, meetups, and community engagement initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of regional strategies with broader company objectives.

Effectively manage resources and budgets allocated for regional activities, optimizing ROI and impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. 

Min of 5 years demonstrated experience in business development, particularly within the crypto or blockchain industry.

Proven success in leading teams and achieving business targets in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Extensive knowledge and network within the Region crypto ecosystem, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks and industry trends.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.

Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms and tools for online engagement and event management.
