Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead team in setting recruitment goals and achieve talent fulfillment. Effectively managing team's execution and capability development.
  2. Work closely with business teams to assess on hiring capability and work out hiring plan.
  3. Spearhead the recruitment for highly specialized roles or niche positions, and conduct talent mapping to ensure the supply of core talent.
  4. Oversee and optimize full cycle recruitment process, build diversified hiring channels for experienced/campus/intern and employee referral. Build talent pool for projects.
  5. Improve recruitment efficiency through data analysis and review.
  6. Establish and manage university-enterprise cooperation resources, build campus recruitment and intern systems, and create a talent pipeline.
  7. Develop and lead employer branding initiatives locally.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in HR management, with over 8 years of recruitment experience.
  2. Proven track record of hiring in AI/LLM fields.
  3. Proficiency in the end-to-end recruitment process, source specialized or niche talent, and utilize data-driven operations.
  4. Strong skills in business collaboration and cross-departmental communication, with the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate excellent leadership.
  5. Familiarity with recruitment-related laws and regulations, as well as industry talent trends.
  6. Excellent leadership with good communication skills.
  7. Recruitment experience in AI LLM annotation or multilingual hiring and experience in various HR modules.
