We’re looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead and scale our technical recruiting efforts across Robinhood’s engineering organization. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers, while collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional leaders to drive top-of-funnel strategy, candidate experience, and operational excellence. This is a strategic leadership role that blends people leadership, data fluency, and a passion for delivering outstanding talent outcomes.

What you’ll do

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical recruiters and sourcers to achieve hiring objectives and provide an exceptional candidate and collaborator experience
  2. Partner deeply with Engineering and People leadership to forecast headcount needs, set hiring strategy, and align recruiting execution with organizational goals
  3. Operationalize scalable hiring practices that reinforce Robinhood’s bar for excellence and help us attract top 1% technical talent
  4. Drive accountability through consistent reporting, recruiting performance metrics, and data-informed decision-making
  5. Elevate Robinhood’s employer brand by crafting a compelling narrative around our engineering culture, innovation, and mission
  6. Build programs that advance representation and equity across all stages of the hiring funnel
  7. Participate in recruiting-wide initiatives that boost process, tools, systems, and recruiter efficiency in a dynamic, high-growth environment

What you bring

  1. 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting (or equivalent), with at least 1+ years of leading full-cycle recruiters or sourcers in a high-velocity, scaling company
  2. Demonstrated success leading high-performing, lean recruiting teams through periods of growth, change, or transformation
  3. Harness AI-powered tools and insights to increase recruiter efficiency, elevate pipeline quality, and further the growth and development of your team through personalized mentoring and performance analytics.
  4. Strong critical thinking and the ability to connect talent priorities with business goals
  5. Proficient in analyzing recruiting data, identifying insights, and driving performance through measurable outcomes
  6. Track record of developing positive relationships with senior leaders and influencing customers across multiple functions
  7. Clear communicator, systems thinker, and talent advocate who leads with compassion and urgency

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed.

Toronto, ON

$123,250 - $145,000 CAD
