Summary

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  1. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve Security hiring goals.
  2. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  3. Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deeply understand talent needs and provide strategic recruiting guidance.
  4. Oversee and enhance recruiting operations, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
  5. Monitor and report recruiting headcount and key metrics, using data-driven insights to drive improvements.
  6. Manage and report recruiting headcount and metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Improve the candidate and hiring manager experience through efficient processes and clear communication.
  8. Foster strong stakeholder engagement, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  9. Build scalable recruiting processes that support long-term high-volume growth and efficiency.
  10. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all recruiting efforts.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  1. 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
  2. Previous experience managing or mentoring recruiters, with a track record of developing and leading a team.
  3. Strong experience leading recruiting strategy for Tech Security organizations.
  4. Proven ability to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to align on hiring needs and strategy.
  5. Deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, from sourcing and interviewing to closing candidates.
  6. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to assess recruiting performance and optimize processes.
  7. Experience driving operational efficiencies within a recruiting function, including process improvement and tooling.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  9. Passion for technology, digital currency, or financial services.
  10. Experience with GSuite and maintaining spreadsheets for headcount tracking purposes.
  11. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment analytics tools.
  12. Experience leading international recruiting efforts for organizations. 

Nice to haves:

  1. Experience in a high-growth tech environment and/or crypto company.
  2. Experience leveraging AI for recruiting.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range:

$166,345—$195,700 USD
