Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to support our Content Moderation project. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to quality standards, identifying training opportunities, and delivering insights that drive performance improvement. The ideal candidate will have a background in content moderation or customer experience, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily quality audits to ensure compliance with moderation guidelines and client expectations.
2. Track and monitor quality updates shared by the client, ensuring timely internal communication and alignment.
3. Develop and publish “Quality Bits and Pieces” job aids for each new update or process change.
4. Provide on-the-floor support, answer associate queries, and clarify quality-related concerns in real time.
5. Publish and distribute daily QA performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
6. Review all QA disputes submitted by Supervisors and escalate valid cases to the client for final resolution.
7. Facilitate weekly quality huddles with assigned teams to discuss performance trends, common errors, and best practices.
8. Share quality insights and trends with the Operations Manager and client as part of regular business reviews.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience: Previous experience in quality assurance, content moderation is highly preferred
2. Language Skills: Proficient in English – reading, writing, speaking, and listening (B2 level or higher)
3. College graduate is a must but those with relevant experience will be considered.
4. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to work on-site with a flexible schedule at our office locations in Imus or Bacoor, Cavite
