As a Product Manager in the Trust and Security Portfolio, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

• Works with the Product Platform team and two scrum teams responsible for maintaining and expanding authentication capabilities, and for designing and delivering new tools and services.

• Develops and executes a plan to automate critical functions across the Authentication product, with a 100%‑automation ambition and a near‑term target of 30% efficiency improvement in time, ticket volume, and operational cost.

• Expands modernization and optimization initiatives to maximize AWS usage efficiency and reduce expenses without compromising SLAs; partners with Cloud/Platform teams to implement rightsizing, autoscaling, and policy‑as‑code guardrails.

• Delivers efficiency gains by modernizing platform infrastructure and implementing agentic AI and preventive controls to reduce “Run the Engine” workload; articulates and executes the roadmap to eliminate recurring toil through triage, validation, and self‑healing automations.

• Owns teams’ execution of the agile framework, including prioritization of APG initiatives, intake triage, backlog health, testing readiness, and production validation, ensuring clear definitions of ready/done and release quality gates.

• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap and value proposition, balancing discretionary and non‑discretionary work and ensuring transparency of effort and outcomes.

• Builds the framework and tracks the product’s key success metrics—cost to serve, feature/function delivery, risk posture, reliability/SLO adherence, MTTR, automation coverage—and reports progress in an enterprise‑aligned efficiency format for leadership.

  3.  Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, experimentation, and value management.
  4. Experience with infrastructure development and optimization in cloud environments (e.g., AWS), including cost management, resiliency patterns, and automation.
  5. Demonstrated delivery of cost and time reduction enhancements in technology environments through process improvement and automation.
  6. Experience designing and developing authentication, fraud, and security controls for digital and non‑digital channels, with an emphasis on scalability and reliability.
  7. Experience with agile product development and the software delivery lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, and production readiness.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  1. Prior experience operating in a highly matrixed, complex organization with multiple stakeholder groups and interdependent roadmaps.
  2. Exposure to or leadership of automation/AI initiatives (e.g., alert triage, code validation, self‑healing) and preventive control programs that reduce incident inflow and MTTR.
