Role purpose

Your role at Copper will be to support the Programme Management team in ensuring effective project governance, reporting, and delivery assurance across the portfolio. This role is critical in maintaining project standards, tracking performance, and enabling informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities of the role

  1. Support the implementation and maintenance of PMO frameworks, tools, and processes.
  2. Provide analytical support to Programme Management team
  3. Monitor and report on project and program performance, ensuring risks and issues are captured in the correct format and mitigation plans are valid and in place.
  4. Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
  5. Facilitate project governance meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  6. Supporting the business with adherence to the Governance Framework and driving good practice.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

Your experience, skills and knowledge

Essential

  1. Experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or similar role.
  2. Strong understanding of project management strategies, processes, and tools.
  3. Possess high attention for detail and ability to multitask
  4. Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  5. Experience in working with multiple stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g. JIRA, MS Excel (or similar), MS PowerPoint)
  7. Analytical, good problem-solver, and strong critical thinking skills.
  8. A self-starter, who works well independently, must be exceptionally organised, and can accomplish tasks effectively.
  9. Strong program coordination and administration abilities.
  10. Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable 

  1. Prince 2 Certification
  2. Basic Blockchain / Crypto knowledge
  3. Experience in financial services
