SYMMIO is building the next generation of decentralized derivatives infrastructure. We’re looking for a motivated Operations Associate to help us scale and keep things running smoothly across our ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

1. Manage day-to-day operations across the team and ecosystem
2. Support client onboarding
3. Coordinate with developers and cross-functional workflows
4. Prepare reports, documentation, and internal updates
5. Assist with compliance and operational processes
6. Maintain tools, dashboards, and systems (Notion, Trello, Typeform, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong interest in crypto & DeFi (professional experience not required)
2. Fluent in English (written & spoken)
3. Startup mindset: adaptable, fast learner, proactive, and comfortable with chaos
4. Clear and consistent communicator

Compensation & Benefits

1. Salary range: $1,500 – $5,000/month
2. Token equity packages available
3. Potential to grow into a long-term partner role in the company
4. Remote-friendly (CET timezone preferred)
