Summary
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and build relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote Bitget in the local market and achieve user and trading volume growth.
- As a representative of Bitget, maintain strong relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Manage and track the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategies, making adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
- Stay informed on local industry trends, developments, and competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Organize and participate in offline events, including meetups, community gatherings, and industry activities, to support KOL collaboration and drive trading growth.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Good understanding of the European KOL ecosystem.
- Professional working proficiency in English. Native or fluent German proficiency and experience in German-speaking markets (DACH) are a strong plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in KOL business development, affiliate marketing, trading growth, or related roles (experience in Crypto, Fintech, or Traditional Finance is beneficial).
- Hands-on experience with crypto trading (spot, derivatives, or copy trading), with a solid understanding of how crypto exchanges function.
- Proven ability to drive real trading volume via KOLs or growth partnerships.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work towards clear, volume-based performance targets.
