Job Description

Summary

As an Implementation Engineer, you’ll be the first technical partner for new customers launching rollups with Conduit. From initial setup to going live, you’ll guide teams through every step of the journey — ensuring they feel confident, supported, and ready to scale.

You’ll bridge product, engineering, and customer success — helping customers understand how our infrastructure works, supporting configuration and integration, and surfacing insights that improve our platform and processes for every future user.

This role is ideal for someone empathetic, technically curious, and highly organized — someone who can keep multiple projects in motion while building trusted relationships with some of the most innovative teams in the crypto ecosystem.

In this role, you will:

  1. Own the end-to-end technical onboarding experience for new customers building rollups with Conduit.
  2. Lead customers through setup, configuration, and best practices tailored to their use case.
  3. Write scripts and code snippets to adjust configurations, debug integrations, and help customers tailor their rollups.
  4. Drive projects forward with clear communication, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing slips through the cracks.
  5. Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful launches.
  6. Proactively identify friction points, unblock customers quickly, and feed insights back into product and process improvements.
  7. Help refine onboarding playbooks, documentation, and tooling to make each launch smoother than the last.
  8. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You might be a fit if you:

  1. Have experience in onboarding, implementation, or developer success in a B2B or infrastructure environment.
  2. Have been a subject-matter expert for a product in the web3 stack (e.g., rollup frameworks, L1 protocols/stacks, infrastructure tooling).
  3. Are familiar with rollup concepts — or eager to ramp up quickly.
  4. Are comfortable writing code (e.g., TypeScript, Python, or Go) to automate onboarding tasks, configure infrastructure, or troubleshoot with customers.
  5. Can manage multiple customer projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  6. Enjoy solving real-world problems alongside customers and take pride in being their trusted guide.
  7. Thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments where autonomy and adaptability are key.
  8. Balance systems thinking with execution — you see the big picture but can also dive deep to keep projects on track.
