Summary

 Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating product strategies and plans for overall user growth, and increasing the scale and activity of platform users
2. Responsible for the planning and design of product modules such as fission and new user acquisition, user conversion (registration, deposit, transaction), platform activities, etc.
3. Through in-depth user research and data analysis, we gain insights into user behavior and needs, and develop corresponding growth and conversion strategies based on the characteristics of different user groups.
4. Lead the growth product team to work closely with project management, technology development, risk control and other teams to complete the high-quality delivery of product functions

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer related major is preferred, 5 years or more of experience in growth products or user-side products, financial and e-commerce industries are preferred
2. Have excellent product design ability and business understanding ability, be able to find problems through data or processes, and promote problem solving
3. Strong logical thinking ability, able to establish effective communication on key issues in cross-team collaboration and promote implementation
4. Strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, strong ability to withstand pressure, adapt to fast-paced work
5. English can be used as a working language and can adapt to an English working environment;
6. Experience in leading a product team of more than 5 people

2. Excellent product design and business understanding, able to identify and solve problems through data or processes
3. Strong logical thinking ability, able to establish effective communication on key issues in cross-team collaboration and drive implementation
4. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, strong ability to handle pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
5. English can be used as a working language, able to work in an English-speaking environment;
6. Experience leading a product team of 5 or more people
