Role: Business Developer (Remote)

Region: Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain)

This role is about building real relationships with the voices that matter in Web3.

You’ll drive growth, spot early signals, and move with autonomy, all while helping us dominate the region.

Duties/Responsibilities

1. Formulate business development plans, assist the team to complete the introduction,
2. negotiation, cooperation and signing of business cooperation projects
3. Contact, negotiate and close profitable deals with potential KOL
4. Support KOL and design special campaigns to increase KOL trading volume
5. Build partnerships with KOL or crypto projects, promote cooperation with each other
6. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing KOL/clients

Required Skills

1. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a relevant role
2. Experience in channel development, market development
3. A deep understanding of crypto markets is a plus
4. Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential
