Responsibilities 🚀

1. Design, maintain, and scale ETL pipelines for blockchain data.
2. Build and optimize ClickHouse data models and materialized views for high-performance analytics.
3. Develop and maintain data exporters using orchestration tools.
4. Implement data transformations and decoding logic.
5. Establish and improve testing, monitoring, automation, and migration processes for pipelines.
6. Ensure timely delivery of new data features in alignment with product goals.
7. Create automation tools for data analyst inputs, such as a dictionary, to keep them up to date.

Tech Stack⚙️

1. 4+ years in Data Engineering (ETL/ELT, data pipelines, streaming systems)
2. Domain: Multi-chain crypto data (EVM & non-EVM ecosystems)
3. Programming: Python (data processing, services, automation), TypeScript (data ingestion)
4. Data Warehouse: ClickHouse (Cloud)
5. Workflow orchestration: Airflow
6. Streaming: Apache Kafka

What We’re Looking For🧩

1. Knowledge of multi-chain ecosystems (EVM & non-EVM)
2. Familiarity with blockchain/crypto data structures (transactions, logs, ABI decoding).
3. Startup mindset: keep balance between speed and quality.
4. Strong SQL skills with columnar databases (ClickHouse, BigQuery, etc.).
5. Solid Python skills for data engineering and backend services.
6. Proven track record of delivering pipelines and features to production on schedule.
7. Strong focus on automation, reliability, maintainability, and documentation.

Nice to Have💫

1. Experience operating ClickHouse at scale (performance tuning, partitioning, materialized views)
2. Experience with CI/CD and automated testing for data pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, DBT)
3. Contributions to open-source or blockchain data infrastructure projects
