Summary

We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and analytically driven Data Analyst to join our Data & Reporting team. In this role, you’ll build and maintain reporting solutions, customer analysis frameworks, and performance optimization tools that power smarter marketing decisions.

You’ll develop scalable data querying, transformation, and visualization processes that turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Your work will directly influence how we measure success, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaign performance.

What You'll do

  1. Use data to uncover insights, define meaningful performance metrics, and communicate a clear point of view on customer behavior and marketing effectiveness
  2. Build and maintain dashboards and measurement plans that tell a compelling story around business and campaign performance
  3. Clean, transform, and curate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting workflows
  4. Conduct quality assurance on reporting outputs and apply foundational knowledge of campaign architecture across platforms such as Facebook, Google, TRADR, and Amazon to support accurate data mapping
  5. Partner closely with Ad Operations and Account Management teams to support optimization initiatives and performance strategy
  6. Contribute to analysis and support client-facing communication of key findings and performance recommendations
  7. Take on additional projects and cross-functional initiatives that support team and organizational growth
  8. Other duties or projects as assigned.

Education, Experience and Training

  1. 1–3 years of professional experience in analytics, digital marketing, or a related field preferred
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative discipline preferred; equivalent hands-on experience, internships, or academic projects will be considered
  3. Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
  4. Working proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel for data wrangling, transformation, and analysis
  5. Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets, including data normalization, blending, and foundational ETL workflows
  6. Ability to translate complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Compensation 

There is a different pay range applicable to specific work locations and regions. The base salary for this role falls in the range of $65K - $90K per annum and is dependent on numerous varying factors, including but not limited to skills, work experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This range does not include other compensation benefits that may be offered as part of the total compensation package.
