Summary

We are seeking a Creative AI-driven Content Producer who will bring creative design concepts to life through cutting-edge AI tools. You'll work directly with our executive and marketing teams to transform strategic direction into compelling visual content, campaigns, and assets that resonate deeply with the crypto community. This is a hands-on execution role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring you to be an expert practitioner of AI-powered creative tools while maintaining a connection to web3 culture. You'll be responsible for creating scroll-stopping content across our social channels and marketing communications that captures the essence of OpenSea's evolution. Responsibilities:

1. Create compelling video content, motion graphics, and visual assets using advanced AI tools for social media, marketing campaigns, and community engagement.
2. Develop and produce multi-format content optimized for various platforms including Twitter, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging web3 social channels.
3. Leverage AI video generation, image creation, and design tools to rapidly prototype and iterate on creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
4. Design web3-native visual experiences that authentically speak to collectors, traders, and crypto enthusiasts with cultural fluency and relevance.
5. Collaborate closely with marketing, bd, community, and executive teams to ensure all creative output aligns with campaign objectives and community sentiment.
6. Stay ahead of AI tool developments and web3 design trends, continuously expanding technical capabilities and cultural awareness.

1. Expert-level proficiency with AI-powered creative tools and platforms, with demonstrated ability to produce professional-quality output.

The base salary for this full-time position in the United States, spanning multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $125,000 to $215,000 plus benefits & equity. Compensation for internationally based candidates will vary to reflect local market conditions.
