Invtron DAO, a pioneering decentralized autonomous organization focused on investing in startups in return for equities, is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a proven track record in the DeFi and cryptocurrency space. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of investment and startup funding in the blockchain space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
• Design and review the Marketing department's budget.
• Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
• Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary.
• Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO.
• Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
• Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events.
• Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department.
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives.
• Track competitor's activities and provide suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or other senior role.
• Demonstrable experience in developing effective strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.).
• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
• Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels.
• Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM).
• A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
• Successful experience in marketing within the DeFi and cryptocurrency space.
