Business Development Manager
to take our B2B growth to the next level.
This role is all about hunting: identifying, pitching, and closing new business clients and institutional partners. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver custom crypto solutions that solve real business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify and engage prospective B2B clients
- Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and account handover
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch our solutions to key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and outreach campaigns
- Work closely with the product and tech teams to deliver client feedback and shape future offerings
- Represent Tothemoon at industry events and conferences, building brand and pipeline
- Track pipeline activity and report on KPIs, forecasts, and client feedback
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, igaming or SaaS
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding quotas
- Strong understanding of digital assets, trading platforms, and the institutional crypto landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality — you thrive in a fast-moving environment with minimal hand-holding
