We aim to achieve a balance between corporate culture and startup culture, and at the same time be close to product solutions. Therefore, we divide our department into small self-sufficient teams that can make decisions on their own. This is an opportunity for a Front End Engineer to join the UI team at Copper to maintain and build new features at a leading cryptocurrency technology firm. 

Key Responsibilities of the role

1. As a member of the engineering team, participating in every stage of product and feature development - from conceptualisation to architecture, to build, to release, to iteration and support.
2. Build the UI for our new features, as well as supporting the existing ones.
3. Contribute to code reviews, architectural decisions, and agile practices within the team.
4. Support and solve problems from clients and stakeholders.

Your experience, skills and knowledge

1. Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript
2. Experience in building Single Page Applications with React
3. Familiarity with Redux (redux-toolkit) for state management
4. Ability to identify, prioritise and focus on key business and technical capabilities.
5. Able to adapt easily to meet the needs of our massive growth and rapidly evolving business environment

Desirable

1. Experience working with Next.js and Sanity CMS
2. Familiarity design patterns and functional programming
3. Interest in Web3 technologies
4. You’re professionally curious and willing to research and use technologies and programming languages that you haven’t faced before.
