Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to support our client operations. , but rather on relationship management, compliance coordination, and internal process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coordinate the KYB/KYC process for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion and full compliance with regulatory requirements
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and throughout the lifecycle
  3. Conduct monthly account reconciliations with clients, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
  4. Coordinate with the Data and Product teams to gather and communicate client-facing reports and insights
  5. Track and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring the timely collection of payments
  6. Support ongoing process optimisation efforts across KYB, invoicing, and client reporting workflows and CRM implementation

Requirements:

  1. Solid understanding of KYB/KYC regulatory requirements
  2. Experience working with contracts, invoices, and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  3. Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  4. Ability to coordinate across departments (Compliance, Product, Finance, Data)
  5. Proactive, client-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
  6. Experience in fintech, legal, compliance, or back-office operations is a plus
  7. English fluency is required
