Summary

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team. This is a pure pre-sales, closing-focused role responsible for sourcing, shaping, and advancing commercial opportunities across the Web3 native and enterprise verticals. This a high impact role where you’ll be one of our founding GTM hires and will have the opportunity to shape the GTM function from the ground up.

You will work closely with Andrew (CEO & Founder) and our broader team on our most strategic opportunities, while also helping to build the processes, playbooks, and systems to support our revenue targets. This role is ideal for a builder-type who thrives in ambiguity, thinks strategically about pipeline generation, and enjoys the pace of a scaling startup.

Responsibilities:

  1. Own the Sales Process: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. You'll ensure that our pipeline is robust and that we capitalize on every opportunity.
  2. Drive Prospect Engagement: Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities. You'll lead sales calls, conduct high impact demos, and nurture relationships with prospects through a well-defined process that you will help develop.
  3. Become a Product Expert: Deeply understand Conduit's platform and the competitive landscape. You'll guide prospects through the decision-making process, helping them understand their needs and how Conduit can meet them.
  4. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the broader team to support deal progression and inform our roadmap, marketing, post-sales customer success.

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years operating in BD or Sales equivalent role within the crypto/Web3 industry.
  2. 2+ years of having a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role, particularly in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
  3. You are eager to be part of an early-stage startup and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. You are adept at managing complex sales cycles and have experience managing complex enterprise opportunities.
  5. You are adaptable and flexible, while simultaneously building process over time to create repeatable playbooks.
  6. Must be interested in crypto as an emergent technology and are able to keep up to date on the latest trends in the space.

Bonus points for:

  1. Having experience selling infrastructure services and products.
  2. Having experience supporting institutional crypto use cases and/or clients.
  3. You’re deeply entrenched into the crypto industry, familiar with the broader ecosystem, and understand Conduit’s value proposition.
