Job Description

Summary

Linea is seeking a Senior Ecosystem Manager to lead and grow our most important institutional and strategic partnerships — including global banks, asset managers, and major Web2 companies across sectors like social media, fintech, and infrastructure.

In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for Linea’s top-tier partner relationships, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term success. You’ll lead a growing team of partner success managers focused on key verticals (DeFi, enterprise, consumer apps), and collaborate closely with business development, product, and marketing to deliver a best-in-class experience for institutional and strategic builders.

This is a senior role that combines relationship management, business strategy, and operational execution — with high visibility across Consensys and the broader ecosystem.

Why Join Linea

Linea is one of the most advanced zkEVM platforms, backed by ConsenSys and built for scale. You’ll be at the forefront of bridging institutional capital and innovation into a performant, secure, and user-friendly blockchain environment — helping shape the next era of Web3 adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary commercial contact for Linea’s most important institutional and strategic accounts (banks, FIs, asset managers, Web2 platforms).
  2. Lead a team responsible for relationship management, partner success, and account growth across strategic verticals.
  3. Develop account plans, support onboarding, and coordinate internally to deliver on complex partner needs (product, infra, marketing).
  4. Represent institutional partners internally — surfacing strategic feedback to shape product, GTM, and ecosystem priorities.
  5. Collaborate with BD, product, and growth teams to drive adoption, TVL, and active usage across institutional partners.
  6. Help define Linea’s approach to enterprise and large partner support, including support models, metrics, and customer journeys.
  7. Contribute to strategic initiatives like institutional liquidity programs, co-marketing activations, and pilot projects with key accounts.
  8. Maintain strong understanding of evolving crypto market, enterprise blockchain use cases, and regulatory implications.

Qualifications

  1. 8–12 years in strategic partnerships, enterprise account management, or ecosystem roles — ideally in fintech, SaaS, or Web3.
  2. Experience working with or selling to banks, financial institutions, large enterprises, or global tech platforms.
  3. Track record of managing teams, scaling operations, and supporting high-value customer journeys.
  4. Excellent executive presence and communication skills — able to influence at C-level.
  5. Strong operational and commercial acumen, with ability to define goals and execute cross-functionally.
  6. Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and L1/L2 ecosystems.

Nice to Have

  1. Experience in traditional finance, asset management, or enterprise software.
  2. Exposure to developer or builder ecosystems in Web3.
  3. Knowledge of Ethereum, zkEVMs, and staking protocols.
