Summary
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market and lifecycle marketing for our Validation Business — including staking, restaking, validator operations, and related infrastructure products.
In this role, you’ll translate technical performance into marketable value, crafting campaigns that resonate with DeFi power users, DAO contributors, ecosystem foundations, and infrastructure partners. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ecosystem teams to scale our validator presence across Ethereum, Cosmos, Polkadot, and beyond.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and act as a strategic owner of messaging, market positioning, and adoption campaigns for one of P2P’s most critical product lines.

Responsibilities
You Will 🚀
- Own go-to-market strategy for staking, restaking, and validator-related products across Ethereum, Cosmos, Polkadot, and new L1s.
- Shape and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive adoption of P2P.org's validator services among retail users, DAOs, custodians, and wallets.
- Partner with Product and Ecosystem teams to craft differentiated narratives that showcase P2P’s performance, reliability, and unique value in validation.
- Create compelling marketing assets: landing pages, docs, pitch decks, social content, case studies, and deep-dive explainers.
- Support network launches and co-marketing efforts with leading blockchain foundations and restaking protocols (e.g. EigenLayer, Symbiotic).
- Use market research, user feedback, and on-chain data to inform messaging, product-market fit, and campaign optimization.
- Track and own KPIs across awareness, engagement, adoption, and loyalty within the validation ecosystem.
Requirements
You Have 🤓
- 8+ years of total experience, including 5+ years in product or growth marketing at a B2B tech, fintech, or Web3 company.
- Deep understanding of staking, validator infrastructure, and emerging restaking mechanisms (e.g. EigenLayer, AVS, LSTs).
- Experience launching and scaling technical products with developer, institutional, or power user audiences.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills — you can break down complex infra into crisp, compelling messaging.
- Hands-on campaign experience: lifecycle, content, product launches, community engagement, and B2B co-marketing.
- Strong analytical thinking; you're comfortable owning dashboards and adjusting based on metrics.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with product, BD, engineering, and design teams.
