Summary
Gemini is looking for a motivated crypto marketer with a deep understanding of the European crypto industry to join as our Europe Marketing Lead. They will be responsible for creating go to market plans for key product launches, developing messaging and creative to support growth initiatives, and support localized brand efforts.
The ideal candidate is collaborative and has experience partnering with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns, has a strong understanding of customer behavior, and has the ability to leverage data to develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
This position will play a crucial role in the success of our European expansion. Success in this role requires a strong bias for action.
Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing: Develop the European marketing strategy for key product launches including positioning, messaging, go to market plans, and campaign launch. This person will be able to translate the brand and support localization efforts across several key markets in Europe including events, partnerships, etc.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the European leadership team and global cross functional partners to develop marketing plans that align with leadership objectives and key KPIs including user growth.
- Creative Campaign Development and Measurement: Work with our growth team on creative to drive exponential growth across our web and mobile user acquisition funnels, and track and measure performance.
- Customer Obsessed: Work with cross functional partners including social media, customer support, and product teams to develop a deep understanding of the customer experience in Europe and use those insights to drive change that helps us grow faster. Drive customer engagement through improved messaging and user experiences.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a variety of marketing roles across growth, product marketing, and brand.
- Deep understanding of the crypto industry in Europe including current trends, price movements, etc.
- Experience developing creative with a strong eye for copy, design, and brand storytelling.
- Ability to establish strategic priorities, create project plans, and stay organized.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation.
