Job Description

Summary

As an L&D and Internal Communications Specialist, you will design and deliver learning programs and drive internal communications to support growth, alignment, and engagement across our global remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications

  1. Develop and manage a consistent internal communications strategy
  2. Plan and facilitate company-wide meetings and leadership updates
  3. Support informal engagement and cross-functional communication initiatives
  4. Manage communication tools and platforms (Slack, Notion, etc.)
  5. Collaborate with HR and Leadership to deliver key updates company-wide

Learning & Development

  1. Own and continuously improve onboarding programs (live and self-paced)
  2. Design blended learning experiences using e-learning and instructor-led sessions
  3. Lead implementation and management of a Learning Management System (LMS)
  4. Coordinate external learning programs aligned with performance goals
  5. Develop and maintain scalable L&D policies linked to performance cycles
  6. Support function-specific skills development with team leads
  7. Facilitate creation and upkeep of training content and video courses
  8. Manage the internal Knowledge Base to support self-directed learning
  9. Use analytics and feedback to continuously improve training programs

Strategic Projects

  1. Lead initiatives in L&D and communications that support people and business goals
  2. Stay up to date with trends in remote learning and internal communication
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, BizDev, CX, and Operations

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years in HR, Internal Communications, or Learning & Development roles
  2. Experience designing and executing L&D programs using LMS platforms
  3. Knowledge of blended learning, adult learning theory, and instructional design
  4. Strong communication skills with experience in distributed, remote environments
  5. Experience with competency development and working with subject matter experts
  6. Excellent English (C1+) written and verbal communication
  7. Highly structured, self-directed, and organized work approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience selecting and administering an LMS
  2. Familiarity with Notion, Figma, or similar tools
  3. Understanding of development frameworks linked to performance reviews
  4. Background in leadership or management development programs
  5. Experience with documentation and internal knowledge systems
